Recognition To collect or return a device, the user can be identified with barcode and RFID technology or using a PIN code on the touchscreen. Maintenance If the device due for return is broken or is faulty, the user can enter a note/RMA via the touch screen of the Smart Charge Locker. The system will send an e-mail notification to the relevant IT department or service desk
